    米其林,惊蛰和豆芽

    刚才看到一篇讲米其林不懂香港饮食的文章,写的不错。《米其林红色指南香港 澳门2009》所列香港三星、两星食肆酒店弄堂小炒,之前在本娱乐周刊上也有看过,印象深的地方,不在友邦惊诧其未列镛记,而在其对于利苑的肯定。写到这里就要插一句,我不是打广告也不是写食评。关于饮食,本来我就是随遇而安粗枝大叶,同一个店堂同一款菜能点一周。也许本来就是口味异于广东本地,最受推崇的卤味冻蟹各款潮菜以及别具匠心各种粤式火锅,实在是打不起精神,在利苑所有菜式里面,凉拌红海蜇头是我唯一的心水之选,但是单品的价格,基本上够一个人在岗顶的总统大酒店喝茶。所以纵然有两星一星的评价,以利苑在广州的价格和我对吃东西的态度,万万不可以身试法去尝试粤港两地到底差异几何。不过总结一下最近的尝试,下面一些单品喜欢吃的同学可以尝试,应该不会另你失望:
     
    软心巧克力蛋糕,litz-carlton Guangzhou西餐厅
    西冷牛排,Hyatt西餐厅
    凉拌红海蜇头,利苑
     
    惊蛰过后,按照中医,饮食要以清淡为主,要气平,利养肝。我妈不知道从哪里看来惊蛰前后要多吃豆芽,于是我最近三天晚上菜谱如下:凉拌白菜豆芽,卷心菜抄豆芽,瘦肉豆腐炖豆芽……我想起来了,这个是neo同学给我妈送的一个什么食谱大全里面写的。拜neo同学所赐,现在早餐都改成了豆浆……
     
    好了,准备吃饭了,看看今天吃什么豆芽。
